Il faut tout d\u2019abord choisir les graines, les planter, et arroser pour la faire grandir et qu\u2019elle donne le meilleur d\u2019elle-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>En tant qu\u2019\u00e9diteur du logiciel iTop, Combodo est convaincu de l\u2019importance des partenariats pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience client optimale. J\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lever le capot et tout vous dire de notre strat\u00e9gie de relations partenariales.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un partenaire Combodo<\/h2>\r\n<p>Mais tout d\u2019abord, qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un partenaire <a href=\"https:\/\/combodo.com\/fr\/a-propos\/\">Combodo<\/a> ?<\/p>\r\n<p>Le mot partenaire est un n\u00e9ologisme utilis\u00e9 parfois \u00e0 tort et \u00e0 travers. Chez Combodo, voil\u00e0 ce que nous mettons derri\u00e8re ce terme\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n<p>Un partenaire est une entreprise int\u00e9gratrice de notre solution iTop, souvent une entreprise de services avec une sp\u00e9cialisation dans les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019ITSM ou de l\u2019infrastructure. Ils revendent, installent et param\u00e8trent iTop chez les clients finaux, ils sont aussi le point de contact privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des clients.<\/p>\r\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, les partenaires sont au plus pr\u00e8s des clients, tandis que nous restons pr\u00e9sents en \u00ab\u00a0backoffice\u00a0\u00bb en apportant notre expertise de la solution \u00e0 travers notre support \u00e9diteur.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019organisation du maillage partenarial<\/h2>\r\n<p>Avec aujourd\u2019hui 13 partenaires r\u00e9partis dans 6 pays, le r\u00e9seau partenarial de Combodo a amorc\u00e9 sa phase de croissance avec un mod\u00e8le \u00e9prouv\u00e9 depuis 10 ans, date du premier partenariat (Itomig GmbH en Allemagne)<\/p>\r\n<p>Pour bien approcher le march\u00e9 des entreprises clientes, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 segment\u00e9 en fonction de leur taille. L\u2019objectif est de proposer des solutions compl\u00e8tes et adapt\u00e9es aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de chaque client. Cette synergie cr\u00e9\u00e9e en travaillant main dans la main nous permet de mener \u00e0 bien ces projets de mani\u00e8re plus approfondie.<\/p>\r\n<p>Des grands comptes aux PME et ETI, chaque entreprise a ses particularit\u00e9s organisationnelles et ses besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. En collaborant avec nos partenaires, nous mettons en commun nos expertises et nous pouvons fournir aux partenaires comme aux client finaux, des services sur mesure, et de proximit\u00e9. Par exemple, nous travaillons conjointement avec nos partenaires dans certains minist\u00e8res fran\u00e7ais. En tant qu\u2019\u00e9diteur nous gardons le contact pour connaitre les besoins du client et lui pr\u00e9coniser les bonnes pratiques conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019iTop, et nos partenaires r\u00e9alisent les demandes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration requises par le client. Cette organisation permet de rester proactif dans le cadre des projets.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une strat\u00e9gie gagnant-gagnant<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\">Le march\u00e9 \u00e9tant fortement concurrentiel avec des acteurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien implant\u00e9s, iTop se distingue en tant que solution alternative open source et hautement personnalisable. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre collaboration avec les partenaires, nous avons pu \u00e9tendre notre pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 de la gestion des services informatiques, plus connu sous le nom d\u2019ITSM, aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une typologie de clients tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comme une histoire d\u2019amour<\/h2>\r\n<p>Mais concr\u00e8tement, comment se d\u00e9roule la relation avec les partenaires ?<br \/>Entretenir des partenariats, c\u2019est comme entretenir une histoire d\u2019amour.<\/p>\r\n<p>C\u2019est une relation bas\u00e9e sur la confiance, le soutien et la coop\u00e9ration, similaire \u00e0 celle d\u2019un conseiller matrimonial, d\u2019un m\u00e9diateur et d\u2019un vendeur.<\/p>\r\n<p>Comme dans toute bonne histoire d\u2019amour, il y a des hauts et des bas, des moments difficiles \u00e0 surmonter, mais aussi des moments de joie \u00e0 partager.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nos partenaires \u00e9tant des entreprises avec des mod\u00e8les commerciaux diff\u00e9rents du n\u00f4tre, nous avons des objectifs et des approches diff\u00e9rentes. Lorsque nous constituons un r\u00e9seau de vente indirecte, il est essentiel d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 transmettre connaissance et contexte iTop aux partenaires mais aussi notre savoir-faire. Pour qu\u2019\u00e0 leur tour les partenaires portent cette parole, ainsi que leurs propres connaissances, \u00e0 leurs clients. Pour faire grandir le r\u00e9seau, nous devons \u00e9videmment recruter de nouveaux partenaires. Un nouveau partenaire, c\u2019est un peu comme rencontrer quelqu\u2019un pour la premi\u00e8re fois, il faut \u00e9tablir une confiance mutuelle et une compr\u00e9hension r\u00e9ciproque avant d\u2019aller plus loin.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une histoire d\u2019alchimie ?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Alors comment savoir si une entreprise est compatible avec la n\u00f4tre ?<\/p>\r\n<p>Nous nous appuyons sur des indicateurs cl\u00e9s tels que :<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La compatibilit\u00e9 de nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/h3>\r\n<p>Cela inclut la zone g\u00e9ographique, la typologie de client\u00e8le actuelle, la m\u00e9thode de commercialisation des offres actuelles, le type de cycle de vente, etc. Ainsi, nous nous assurons que nos objectifs vont dans la m\u00eame direction et que la phase d\u2019adaptation sera efficace.<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019app\u00e9tance<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il s\u2019agit ici de la connaissance fonctionnelle et technique du partenaire. Ce crit\u00e8re est essentiel pour s\u2019assurer que le partenaire comprendra parfaitement notre solution et pourra la d\u00e9ployer au mieux aupr\u00e8s de ses futurs clients.<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La motivation<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il faut que le partenaire pr\u00e9sente un r\u00e9el engouement \u00e0 promouvoir notre offre sur son march\u00e9 et \u00e0 maintenir cet engagement sur le long terme, car \u00e9tablir un nouveau partenariat demande du temps et des efforts de la part de tous les acteurs impliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Une fois ces points valid\u00e9s, nous passons de la \u00ab\u00a0friend-zone\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 une relation de partenariat, et le recrutement peut avoir lieu. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, il est primordial de maintenir une communication constante avec le nouveau partenaire, de l\u2019\u00e9couter attentivement pour comprendre ses besoins et l\u2019aider \u00e0 atteindre nos objectifs communs.<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La famille s\u2019agrandit<\/h2>\r\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, forts de notre exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie, nous nous pr\u00e9parons \u00e0 accueillir de nouveaux partenaires au sein de notre r\u00e9seau. Notre objectif reste inchang\u00e9 : continuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des partenariats solides et durables, o\u00f9 la confiance et la communication sont les piliers fondamentaux. En \u00e9tablissant une relation de proximit\u00e9 avec nos partenaires, nous souhaitons construire un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me florissant o\u00f9 chacun peut s\u2019\u00e9panouir et grandir ensemble.<\/p>\r\n<p>C\u2019est avec enthousiasme que nous nous tournons vers l\u2019avenir, convaincus que cette approche nous permettra de maintenir la satisfaction de nos clients finaux au plus haut niveau.
