Description.

This course is designed for those responsible for managing iTop in terms of configuration, infrastructure, and organization.
You’ll learn how to handle everyday tasks in iTop: user management, setting up notifications, defining audit rules, using CMDB modules, syncing and pooling external data, performing impact analysis, and more.

With a balance of theory and practice (30% hands-on exercises), you’ll quickly build the skills you need. Practical exercises include real-world scenarios, such as modeling an entire application chain, from hardware to business processes, linked with applications and users.

By the end of the training, you’ll have all the skills you need to confidently administer iTop and operate a reliable, efficient CMDB.
