Au sein du pôle Ingénierie, rattaché au Directeur de l’ingénierie, votre rôle est de contribuer audéveloppement du logiciel iTop, de ses extensions et de tous les outils qui l’accompagnent(ITSM Designer, outils de migration).

Principales missions
- Concevoir, implémenter, documenter, dépanner et entretenir le logiciel iTop, ses extensions, l’ITSM Designer et les outils de packaging associés.
- Assister l’équipe de support pour résoudre les problèmes et caractériser les bugs.
- Prototyper des idées d’amélioration, maintenir une expertise technologique de haut niveau et identifier les librairies pertinentes.
- Assister l’équipe conseil en apportant votre expertise aux consultants travaillant sur des extensions spécifiques pour nos clients.
Profil recherché
- Formation technique de niveau BAC +3 ou plus
- Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le développement logiciel « full-stack »essentiellement en PHP
- Maitrise PHP; Javascript; Git; CSS; PHPUnit; Symfony
- Maitrise de l’anglais écrit
- Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, à communiquer efficacement et à partager ses connaissances.
