Create tickets directly from Tawk.to

Integration withTawk.to now allows agents to open tickets directly from the chat window. 

Automatic display of dependant fields

New fields are dynamically displayed based on values filled in a form by the user.

This dynamic display as well as default values of the dependent fields have to be configured using Customized Request forms.

Update of Datacenter view and Datacenter view extended

Both extensions are now compatible with Location hierarchy

Other updates

• Customer survey is now compatible with PHP 8.0.
• Bug fix on Service catalog mosaic view
