Description.

This course is intended for people responsible for IT services, especially infrastructure services.

You’ll learn how to handle everyday tasks in iTop such as:

User management
Setting up notifications
Defining audit rules

Syncing and pooling external data
Performing impact analysis

Thanks to a well-balanced mix of theory and hands-on practice (30% practical exercises), you will develop the skills you need. The practical exercises include real-world scenarios such as modeling a complete application chain, performing an impact analysis, sending monitoring notifications, and managing license expirations.

By the end of the training, you’ll have all the skills you need to confidently administer iTop and operate a reliable, efficient CMDB.
