In just 2 days, you’ll learn how to customize iTop to match your specific needs: update the data model, adapt workflows, and tweak screen layouts.
We mix theory with hands-on practice, 30% of the course is dedicated to real-world exercises like creating a server cluster or adjusting a ticket lifecycle.
