Description.
This course is designed for those already familiar with iTop, ideally after completing the CMDB and/or ITSM training.
In just 1.5 days, you’ll learn how to customize iTop to match your specific needs such as:
- Update the data model
- Adapt workflows
- Tweak screen layouts
- Manage data access based on user permissions
We combine theory with practice: 30% of the course is dedicated to real hands-on exercises, such as creating a new object class and adjusting a ticket’s lifecycle.
