Description.

This course is designed for those already familiar with iTop, ideally after completing the CMDB and/or ITSM training.

In just 1.5 days, you’ll learn how to customize iTop to match your specific needs such as:

  • Update the data model
  • Adapt workflows
  • Tweak screen layouts
  • Manage data access based on user permissions

We combine theory with practice: 30% of the course is dedicated to real hands-on exercises, such as creating a new object class and adjusting a ticket’s lifecycle.

By the end, you’ll be equipped to make iTop truly your own.
