Description.

This course is designed for those already familiar with iTop, ideally after completing the CMDB or ITSM training.
In just 1.5 days, you’ll learn how to customize iTop to match your specific needs: update the data model, adapt workflows, and tweak screen layouts.
We mix theory with hands-on practice, 30% of the course is dedicated to real-world exercises like creating a server cluster or adjusting a ticket lifecycle.
By the end, you’ll be equipped to make iTop truly your own.
